When it's time for a break from the ordinary, experience nature first hand at Flanagan Reserve.

Flanangan Reserve has 12 Hectares of camping and is situated on a no thru road located in one of the most peaceful areas of the Scenic Rim, on the banks of the beautiful Logan River. The grounds are nestled amongst a natural bush setting at the foothills of Mt Maroon and the World Heritage listed Mt Barney National Park.

Flanagan Reserve has many things to offer, just a few include:

Low cost camping with plenty of shady areas.

Picnic tables and wood fire barbeques.

On site managers, kiosk and modern ammenities with hot showers (3) and toilets which include a disabled facility.

Dogs are welcome but must be restrained at all times.

Swimming and fishing.

Easy access and level sites for caravans and buses, excellent for camping in tents and camper trailers and is close to walking tracks. 

Plenty of natural wildlife.

Flanagan Reserve is located less then 2 hours from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Drive to Beaudesert and follow the Mt. Lindsay Highway for 33km to Rathdowney, then turn right onto Boonah/Rathdowney Rd. Drive along the same road for 7km and turn left into Upper Logan Rd. Follow this road for 4km then turn right into Flanagan Reserve Rd this leads you into the reserve. Please ensure you register at the office upon arrival. Please note that we do not have any powered sites.
